Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities – Business Development Executive (BDE)
- Contact prospective students through calls and company-provided leads.
- Explain online UG and PG degree programs offered by reputed universities.
- Counsel students regarding courses, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures.
- Generate admissions by converting leads into enrolled students.
- Follow up regularly with interested students to close admissions.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Assist students with documentation and online application processes.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build positive relationships with students and ensure a smooth admission experience.
