Job Title: Sales Representative / Sales Executive (FMCG – Food Products)

Location: Pune

Experience: Minimum 6 months in FMCG/Food Products Sales

Job Responsibilities

• Visit retail stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, and general trade outlets to promote, sell our product.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Meet dialectologists, dieticians, nutritionists, and healthcare professionals to create awareness about the product and get orders.
• Organize promotional activities, product demonstrations, and stalls in residential societies, exhibitions, health camps, and community events.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
• Generate new leads and expand the customer base.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily visit reports.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback.

Eligibility

• Min. 6 months of experience in FMCG, food products, healthcare products, or retail sales.
• Diploma / Graduation in any stream
• Experience in field sales through retail counters is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Must be comfortable with extensive field work.
• Must have Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates with experience in health food, diabetic products, nutraceutical, beverages, or FMCG brands.
• Existing relationships with retail stores, pharmacies, or healthcare professionals will be an added advantage.
