Location: Pune

Experience: Freshers or minimum 1 year in Inside Sales

About the Role

Are you someone who can turn a lead into a customer?

We for a driven, target-oriented Inside Sales Executive who loves talking to people, understands customer needs, handles objections confidently, and knows how to close deals.

This is a pure sales role — your focus is simple: connect, convince, convert and generate revenue.

There is no customer support/service responsibility in this role.

What You'll Do

• Connect with potential customers through calls and pitch Speedioo's offerings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant solutions.
• Drive the complete sales cycle from lead → follow-up → negotiation → closure.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Follow up consistently with leads and maximise conversion opportunities.
• Handle customer objections and turn hesitation into opportunities.
• Maintain accurate call, follow-up and sales records in the CRM.
• Continuously improve your product knowledge and sales pitch.
• Build strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.

What We're Looking For

• Fresher or Minimum 1 year of Inside Sales experience.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong objection-handling and closing ability.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
• Self-motivated, energetic and persistent approach.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools.
• A genuine sales mindset — you enjoy converting conversations into business.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:
