Job Description
Nexotize is hiring a confident BDE to drive client acquisition and business growth.
Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients through Instagram, LinkedIn, email and other channels. Generate qualified leads, initiate conversations, conduct outbound sales calls in English, understand client needs, pitch our digital marketing services, qualify prospects, book discovery meetings, handle objections and maintain consistent follow-ups. Update CRM/Google Sheets and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Requirements: Excellent English communication, confident calling skills, sales mindset, strong research and prospecting ability, consistency, persuasion and target-oriented approach. Digital marketing knowledge and B2B/agency sales experience are preferred.
KPIs: Outreach, qualified leads, calls, conversations, meetings booked, follow-ups, conversions and revenue.
Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives/commission.
Growth: Opportunity to grow into Senior BDE/Business Development Manager.
