Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Call and connect with potential clients (business owners, brands, startups)
Generate leads through calls, social media, and references
Handle inquiries for services like graphic design, branding, social media, and digital marketing
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable design solutions
Share proposals, quotations, and service details
Convert leads into clients and close deals
Maintain lead data and daily reporting
Coordinate with the design team for smooth project execution
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of marketing, branding, or design services
Confident in calling and client handling
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM is a plus
Leave policy - Alternate Saturdays off and, after completion of the probation period, 1 paid leave per month.
Incentive - quarterly incentive provided on target completion.
