Job Description
Hiring: Back-Office & Business Development Intern
Company: GOUR Brothers and Company
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Industry: Commercial & Residential Real Estate
We are looking for a motivated and organised college student or fresher to join our growing real estate company.
Responsibilities-
Maintain property inventory, client databases and Excel/Google Sheets.
Make calls to property owners, clients and business prospects.
Manage email communication and follow-ups.
Use ChatGPT for business writing, property descriptions and research.
Create basic property posters and marketing content using Canva.
Assist with daily business coordination and administrative tasks.
Skills required
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Good communication and professional calling skills.
Familiarity with ChatGPT, email and Canva, or willingness to learn.
Organised, responsible and comfortable working independently.
Hindi, English and/or Marathi communication skills are helpful.
Interest in real estate and business development is an advantage.
Work details
Monthly salary/stipend: ₹10,000–₹15,000, depending on skills and availability.
Working hours: Approximately 5–6 hours daily, preferably 10 AM–4 PM or a mutually agreed daytime schedule.
Work mode: Pune-based, in-office.
Experience: Freshers and college students are welcome.
Training and practical exposure to real estate operations, marketing and business development will be provided.
