Job Description

Role purpose

Build and grow the agent network by onboarding new agents, strengthening relationships with existing partners, and helping agents become active, productive contributors.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective agents; guide them through onboarding, training, and the setup process.
  • Build trusted relationships with existing agents through regular communication, support, and follow-up.
  • Develop activation plans that help newly onboarded and inactive agents begin generating business.
  • Monitor agent engagement and performance, identify barriers, and coordinate support to address them.
  • Share product, process, and market updates so agents can represent the business effectively.
  • Gather agent feedback and relay recurring needs or issues to the relevant internal teams.
  • Track onboarding, engagement, and activation progress against business targets.
