Job Description
- Acquire new customers for the company’s Part Truck Load (PTL) and Full Truck Load (FTL) transportation services, with a focus on industrial and large corporate clients.
- Expand business with existing customers by increasing shipment volumes, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships.
- Develop new transport lanes and expand service offerings in warehousing, Third-Party Logistics (3PL), and integrated logistics solutions.
- Negotiate freight rates, prepare commercial quotations, finalize service agreements, and secure profitable business contracts.
- Identify, onboard, and develop reliable fleet owners, vehicle vendors, and labour contractors to ensure adequate capacity and support business expansion.
