Cashier/Service

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and efficient Cashier & Service Crew member for our quick-service restaurant. You will be the friendly face of our brand, responsible for welcoming guests, guiding them through the menu, processing transactions accurately, packing food orders, and keeping the front-of-house clean and sanitized.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Order Taking

• Greet every customer with a warm, energetic smile and welcoming attitude.
• Answer menu questions, explain ongoing promotions, and offer smart upsell recommendations.
• Take customer orders accurately and input them correctly into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Resolve guest complaints or inquiries quickly and with a positive, problem-solving mindset.

Cashier & Payment Operations

• Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital/UPI payment transactions securely and accurately.
• Count and balance the cash drawer at the start and close of each shift.
• Issue correct change, printed or digital receipts, and manage coupon or discount redemptions.
• Report any cash discrepancies or register issues immediately to the shift manager.

Food Assembly & Service Support

• Package completed food and beverage orders neatly and accurately according to brand presentation standards.
• Communicate order statuses clearly to customers and hand over food items with a prompt turnaround time.
• Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen crew to relay special instructions or alert them about stock running low.

Cleanliness & Safety

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized cashier counter, packaging station, and front dining area.
• Restock paper receipts, packaging materials, straws, napkins, and condiment stations.
• Adhere strictly to local food safety, hygiene, and personal sanitation regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High school degree or equivalent preferred, but fresh candidates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
• Math Skills: Basic arithmetic to handle change and count cash totals rapidly and accurately.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy or previous experience using a POS touch-screen terminal.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal communication, patience, and an outgoing, customer-first personality.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long working hours and move around safely in a fast-paced environment.
