  •  Making sure the orders are dispensed against KOTs ONLY and in time.
  • To keep an eye on service as it should be as per set standards.
  • Making sure the food is available at set time.
  • To properly communicate with customers if the order is going to be delayed.
  • To handle customer complaints and take necessary actions to resolve them.
  • To take care of cleanliness of kitchen area.
