Job Description

Client Service Manager


Attent New Enquiries on WhatsApp & Call.


Pro-active calling to clients to explain photography packages and process.


Convince clients to book the photoshoot in time.


Maintain good relations with clients before, during and after the photoshoot.


Update clients about service deliverables like edited photos, Photobook, etc.


Maintain client data in Excel.
