Position: Counter Sales Advisor

Location: Pune Region

Job Type: Full-time, In-store

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Weekly Off: Monday

Experience: 0–6 Years

Qualification: HSC Passed

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000/- per month in hand

Salary for Experienced Candidates/Graduates: Higher salary depending on experience, qualification and interview

About the Role:

Jewellers is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Counter Sales Advisors to join its jewellery retail team across multiple showrooms in Pune.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding their requirements, assisting them with product selection, building strong customer relationships and ensuring a smooth in-store buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and assist customers at the showroom counter

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product suggestions

• Deal with customers professionally and courteously

• Explain jewellery products and assist customers with their purchase decisions

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Work effectively with the showroom team

• Handle customer queries and resolve problems professionally

• Follow up with customers whenever required

• Support the team in closing customer deals

• Ensure an excellent overall customer experience

Eligibility & Requirements:

• HSC Passed

• Age: 19 to 35 Years

• Male & Female candidates can apply

• 0–6 years of relevant experience preferred

• Retail jewellery sales experience is a must

• Candidates with 1 Gram Jewellery background can also apply

• Good communication skills

• Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills

• Good problem-solving abilities

• Willingness and ability to learn

• Positive, confident and customer-oriented personality

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Important:

This vacancy is specifically for candidates with prior retail jewellery sales experience or 1 Gram Jewellery background.
