Job Description

Position: Credit Manager (Unsecured)

Location: Pune

Experience: 1–5 years (Note: JD also lists 5–8 years required skill experience)

Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Industry: BFSI / Service Sector preferred (Banks, NBFCs, Credit Card Companies, AMCs)

Languages: Fluent English (spoken & written)

Key Responsibilities

  • Credit Assessment: Evaluate loan proposals, analyze financial statements/credit reports, and mitigate risk.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor loan portfolio health, track monthly/daily connector and partner portfolios, and manage disbursements.
  • Compliance: Adhere to RBI regulations, NPA norms, and maintain accurate credit records.
  • Business Development: Train internal teams, DSAs, and partners to optimize login/disbursement efficiency and build brand value.
