Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and chat interactions.

Assist customers with healthcare, diagnostic, and insurance-related services.

Understand and interpret diagnostic prescriptions and test requirements.

Explain diagnostic tests and related information to customers in a clear and simple manner.

Validate prescriptions and guide customers regarding suitable tests or test panels.

Check service availability and provide information on available labs/providers.

Book lab tests and appointments accurately through the internal portal/system.

Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and issue resolution professionally.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective communication.

Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to internal SOPs and process guidelines.

Requirements

0–3 years of experience in telecalling, voice process, customer support, healthcare, diagnostics, hospitals, or health-tech.

Candidates with 2+ years of relevant diagnostic/healthcare experience will be preferred for medical test-related responsibilities.

For candidates handling diagnostic-related processes, DMLT/BMLT/B.Sc. Medical Lab Technology or a related qualification is preferred.

Strong understanding of medical and diagnostic test terminology is an advantage.

Tamil and Telugu are mandatory.

Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Marathi will be highly preferred.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to explain healthcare information clearly and confidently.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM, healthcare portals, or similar systems.

Ability to handle customer interactions with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
