Position: International Inbound Voice Process
📍 Interview & Work Location: Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune
🚕 Both-Way Cab Facility Available
Eligibility:
• Minimum 12 months International Voice Experience
• 12th Pass / Undergraduate Mandatory
• Billing process knowledge & customer query handling experience
• Excellent English communication & problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with 24×7 rotational shifts
• 5 Days Working
Salary:
💰 12–17 Months: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
💰 18+ Months: Up to ₹5 LPA
Selection Process:
1️⃣ HR Round
2️⃣ UAT / Operations Round
3️⃣ SHL Assessment – B2 & Above Required
