- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Working Days: 5.5 Days
- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 CTC - 35,000 CTC per month
- Location: Kharadi South Main Road, Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411014 , India
- 🎯 ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls professionally and resolve queries.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Maintain a positive customer experience.
- Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards.
- Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets.
- ✅ RequirementsMinimum 6 months of BPO experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable working in voice process.
- Candidates should be comfortable with 6 working days.
