Job Description

  • Handle customer queries and complaints through voice calls, live chat, email, or support platforms.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions.
  • Resolve issues within defined SLA/TAT and escalation guidelines.
  • Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-friendly approach.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM/ticketing system.
  • Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Follow up with customers when required to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the relevant teams.
  • Meet individual and team targets related to CSAT, AHT, FCR, productivity, and quality.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
