Job Description
Desi Farms is looking for an experienced Customer Care Executive – Inbound to handle customer queries and provide excellent support over calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update call details.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order-related issues.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care, telecalling, or inbound support.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and professional communication.
