Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other support channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending requests and services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain records of customer queries, complaints, follow-ups, and resolutions.
• Provide timely updates to customers on request status.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the concerned team.
• Ensure timely closure of customer requests.
• Maintain daily support reports and MIS.
• Collect and handle customer feedback.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Support day-to-day operational activities when required.
