Education Counselor – School AdmissionsPosition: Education Counselor- Customer Support
Shift: Day Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Job ResponsibilitiesCounsel parents regarding school admissions and suitable educational options for their children.
- Handle parent inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
- Explain curriculum, admission process, fees, facilities, and school programs.
- Manage follow-ups and guide parents throughout the admission journey.
- Coordinate with schools and internal teams for smooth admissions.
- Maintain accurate admission records and achieve assigned targets.
