Job Description

  • Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms.
  • Follow proper infection-control, sterilization, and hygiene procedures.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide information about clinic services.
  • Maintain patient files, billing details, and other administrative records.
  • Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the clinic.
  • RequirementsPrevious experience in a dental clinic, healthcare setting, or relevant role is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude.
  • Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of dental procedures and infection-control practices is an advantage.
  • Relevant dental/healthcare qualification or certification may be required depending on the position.
