Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee overall factory operations, production planning, manpower handling, quality control, and dispatch activities. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in handling manufacturing operations efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily factory operations and production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
• Handle manpower planning and worker supervision.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
• Maintain production reports and factory records.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor machine maintenance and factory discipline.
• Reduce production delays and improve productivity.
• Handle audits and compliance-related activities.

Qualification:

• Diploma / BE Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or relevant field

Experience –
