Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to drive sales, develop new customers, and strengthen market presence in the assigned territory. The role involves field sales, dealer/channel management, and coordination with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through site visits, dealer visits, and market mapping
• Develop and manage dealers, distributors, consultants, and contractors
• Meet EPC contractors, builders, electrical contractors, and project engineers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned region
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts for smooth order execution
• Maintain daily visit reports and weekly sales reports
• Track payments and support collections as per company policy
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

• Basic technical understanding of electrical/earthing products
• Ability to work independently and meet targets

Qualification:

·      MBA Sales & Marketing

·       Graduate with relevant sales experience may also apply

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in electrical, earthing, cable tray, or allied products
• Freshers with strong communication skills can be considered for junior roles

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in B2B / project sales
• Local market knowledge of the assigned city
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
