Job Description
* Identify and develop new *B2B sales opportunities* through field visits, cold calling, references, networking, and lead generation.
* Visit *corporate offices, companies, architects, interior designers, dealers, institutions, and commercial projects* to generate business.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ergonomic seating and workplace solutions.
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at customer locations.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Generate quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into orders.
* Coordinate with the showroom, sales, production, service, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
* Track sales activities, customer interactions, leads, and opportunities through CRM/lead management systems.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
* Participate in exhibitions, corporate meetings, dealer visits, and other business-development activities.
* Ensure timely collection and follow-up for outstanding payments wherever required.
