Job SummaryWe are looking for a Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to manage customer interactions, support sales activities, and handle presales responsibilities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, coordinating site visits, and assisting customers throughout the sales process.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Relationship

• Handle customer inquiries and provide project details.
• Maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Coordinate and schedule site visits with customers.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into bookings.
• Assist customers with their queries and provide timely updates.

Presales Activities

• Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Explain project specifications, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
• Qualify leads based on customer requirements and budget.
• Maintain lead details and follow-up records in CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customer meetings and site visits.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective customers.

Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain daily lead and customer interaction reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer handling and relationship management skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Presentable, proactive, and customer-oriented.

QualificationGraduate in any stream.

Preferred ExperienceExperience in real estate sales, presales, or customer relationship management will be preferred.
