Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2C Inside Sales. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and converting leads into successful sales.

• Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to generate sales.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.
• Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2C Inside Sales.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
