Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing sales team in Pune.

The selected candidates will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospective customers, understanding their insurance requirements and recommending suitable insurance products.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through telecalling, references, field visits and personal networking.
• Identify prospective customers for Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance and other insurance products.
• Explain policy benefits, premium structures, coverage and features to customers.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into policy sales.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.
• Provide after-sales support and coordinate for policy renewals.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced sales professionals are welcome.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of insurance and financial products is an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in banking, NBFC, loan sales, telecalling, field sales or financial services will be preferred.
• Must have a customer-oriented approach and willingness to achieve targets.
