Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required in international chat process on dual concurrency.
- 12th Pass can apply
- Immediate Joiner Preferred
- Ready to Relocate to Pune
- Age 18-44
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer questions and requests via live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Offer accurate and detailed information about a company's products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and resolutions in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for future reference and reporting.
- Strive to meet individual and team performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction levels.
