Roles & Requirements

📞 Customer Support / International Voice RolesCandidates will handle customer interactions through voice and, depending on the process, other support channels.

Requirements:

• 0–2+ years of experience depending on the role
• Customer Service / BPO / International Voice experience preferred
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong customer handling and active listening skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Freshers with excellent communication may be considered for selected roles
• Comfortable working rotational or international shifts as per process requirements

Customer Support, International Voice, Banking Customer Service, Healthcare Customer Support, Roadside Assistance and BG Voice.

🏥 Healthcare / Medical Billing Roles

Candidates with experience or knowledge of Healthcare, Medical Billing, RCM, Insurance, Patient Support or International Customer Service are preferred.

Key Skills:

• Customer query resolution
• Healthcare / Insurance knowledge preferred
• Medical Billing / RCM knowledge preferred for relevant roles

German Language Customer Support

We are looking for candidates with strong German speaking and written communication skills.

• Quality scorecards and reporting
• Feedback and coaching skills
• Calibration experience
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Process improvement mindset
• Six Sigma knowledge / expertise / certification preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good Excel and reporting knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail

Salary💰 Salary varies based on role, experience and candidate profile.

Packages range from approximately ₹2.25 LPA up to ₹6.75 LPA CTC, depending on the position and eligibility.
