About Health Greens

Health Greens is a health-focused juice kiosk offering fresh juices, cold-pressed juices, fruit juices, and healthy beverages. We are looking for a hardworking, energetic, and customer-friendly team member to manage daily kiosk operations, prepare quality beverages, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Juice Preparation: Prepare fresh juices, cold-pressed juices, fruit shots, and other beverages according to company recipes.

Customer Service: Welcome customers, explain menu items, recommend suitable beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales & Upselling: Encourage customers to try different juices, add-ons, and combo offers to increase sales.

Kiosk Management: Handle daily opening and closing activities and ensure the kiosk operates smoothly.

Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness of the kiosk, juicers, equipment, utensils, and work area.

Inventory Management: Monitor fruit, vegetable, and packaging stock and inform the owner when supplies are running low.

Billing & Payments: Handle customer orders, cash, UPI payments, and billing accurately.

Food Quality: Ensure ingredients are fresh and follow proper food safety and hygiene practices.

Customer Retention: Build good relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat purchases.

Daily Reporting: Report daily sales, stock requirements, customer feedback, and any operational issues to the owner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass preferred.

Experience in a juice shop, café, restaurant, or food kiosk is preferred.

Freshers with a willingness to learn may apply.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of fruits, juices, and food hygiene.

Honest, punctual, responsible, and hardworking.

Comfortable handling cash and UPI payments.

Willingness to learn sales techniques and product recommendations.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.

• Working hours and weekly off will be discussed during the interview.

Salary

Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Performance-based incentives may be offered for achieving sales targets.
