Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Promote the company's financial products and lending solutions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing, documentation, and disbursement.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance, business growth, and client retention.
- Generate business leads through networking, references, and market visits.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain client databases, and track business performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation requirements, and applicable lending guidelines.
