Job Description

Run a 10-item pure-veg QSR kitchen. Own batter, prep, production and daily consistency.


Skills: Batter grinding & fermentation QC; idli, plain/masala/Mysore masala dosa; sambar, 3–4 chutneys; tawa speed at rush; SOP implementation, indenting, wastage control, FSSAI hygiene.


Need: 4-6 yrs in tiffin centre / darshini / QSR. Open to candidates from anywhere in India. Non-drinker, non-smoker — no alcohol, tobacco or gutkha on premises, zero tolerance. Must follow written SOPs. Early-morning punctuality.


Offer: ₹30,000–35,000/month + incentives. Accommodation & meals for outstation candidates. 6-day week, weekly off.
