Position: Commis Chef / Line Cook

Responsible for preparing and cooking menu items as per standardized recipes, maintaining food quality, hygiene, portion control, and timely service. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, manage stock using FIFO, minimize wastage, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
