✨ Job Summary: Si Adcon India Private Limited is hiring a motivated Loan Executive for field sales and loan/finance business development. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting customers and dealers, understanding financial requirements, assisting with loan documentation, and following up until approval and disbursement. Experience in vehicle finance, banking, NBFC, or loan sales is preferred, while freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Generate new leads and identify potential customers for vehicle and equipment finance.

🚗 Visit customers, dealers, businesses, and other potential sources to generate business.

💰 Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan/finance options.

📄 Assist customers with loan applications, documentation, and required paperwork.

🤝 Coordinate with customers, dealers, and internal credit/operations teams for loan processing.

📞 Follow up on loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.

🎯 Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

📍 Conduct regular field visits and update customer and lead information.

📝 Collect and submit required customer documents accurately.

😊 Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

💬 Handle customer queries and provide support throughout the loan process.

⭐ Preferred Candidate:

✔️ Experience in loan sales, vehicle finance, banking, NBFC, or field sales is preferred.

✔️ Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.

✔️ Comfortable with field work and local travel.

✔️ Marathi and Hindi communication preferred; basic English is an advantage.

🚘 Assets Required:

• Two-wheeler Vehicle
• Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
