Job Description

  1. Coordinate daily transportation, dispatch, and delivery operations.
  2. Plan and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  3. Communicate with suppliers, transporters, warehouse staff, and customers.
  4. Prepare and maintain delivery challans, invoices, transport documents, and shipment records.
  5. Track shipments and provide regular status updates.
  6. Manage inventory movement and coordinate loading and unloading activities.
  7. Resolve delivery delays, transportation issues, and other logistics-related problems.
  8. Monitor transportation costs and help improve operational efficiency.
  9. Maintain accurate records of stock movement, dispatches, and deliveries.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
