Job description: Marketing Executive – Construction Materials

Key responsibilities

  • Develop business with builders, contractors, architects, engineers, and real estate developers.
  • Visit construction sites to promote products and generate sales leads.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and site team,
  • send quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on orders and payments.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and identify new market opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors, market prices, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with the sales team, logistics, and management to ensure timely delivery.
