Back Office Data Entry Executive – Courier & Cargo Company
Job Role: Back Office / Data Entry Executive
Industry: Courier & Cargo / Logistics
Experience: 0–2 Years

Job Responsibilities
- Enter and update shipment and customer details in the company system.
- Maintain AWB/consignment and delivery records.
- Update shipment status and maintain accurate data.
- Prepare daily reports and MIS using MS Excel.
- Verify documents and correct data discrepancies.
- Coordinate with operations, delivery, warehouse, and accounts teams.
- Maintain proper records of PODs, invoices, manifests, and other documents.
- Handle routine back-office and data-entry work.
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail.

Salary
Rs 15,000 – Rs 17,000 per month, benefits as applicable.
