Job Description

Key Responsibilities -
- Generate leads and acquire customers for personal loan products
- Explain personal loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful applications
- Maintain good customer relationships throughout the loan process
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets
- Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer documents
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of loan applications
