📌 Job Description – PF & ESIC Executive (Back Office Coordinator)Role: PF & ESIC Executive Profile: Back Office Coordinator Location: Pune, Kharadi Salary: 2.5 to 3.5 LPA

  • ResponsibilitiesManage PF & ESIC compliance, documentation, and reporting.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and filings.
  • Maintain accurate employee records related to PF & ESIC.
  • Coordinate with employees and management for statutory requirements.
  • Handle queries related to PF/ESIC and provide necessary support.
  • Assist in audits and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Support back‑office operations related to employee lifecycle management.
  • RequirementsGraduate/Postgraduate in HR, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in PF & ESIC handling preferred (freshers can apply).
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance and documentation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and government compliance portals.
