Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

1-Handling inbound and outbound call

2-Following up with leads and scheduling site visits

3-Providing information about our projects to potential clients

4-Maintaining records of conversations and updating CRM


Skills Required:

1. Good communication skills (Hindi, English, and regional language preferred

2. Basic knowledge of CRM and Excel

3. Ability to handle client queries efficiently

4. Strong persuasion skills

5. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate industry
