Production Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate SPM’s as per defined Standard Work / Work Instruction
• Monitor machine operations to detect issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Learning and Assisting in Production
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of machines to avoid downtime.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of production schedules.
• Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries in the workplace.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
• Conduct basic repairs and report any major technical issues to the maintenance team.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize machine performance and minimize waste.
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth operations. 

Educational Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Production
• ITI in Fitter / Turner / Machinist /
• Mechanical aptitude with good hand-eye coordination.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
• Basic understanding of tooling

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong analytical & problem-Solving skills.
• 5S Knowledge – Familiarity with the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) for maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines for machine operation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Working Conditions:

• The position requires working in shifts, including nights.- Standard Industry Working time
• Standing during shift working time and lifting Industrial ergonomic allowable objects may be required.
