Proposal Engineer

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Proposal Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a background in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering with basic knowledge of PLC, DCS, Industrial Networking, and Electronics. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

1) Basic understanding of:

• Industrial Ethernet Switches
• Media Converters
• Fiber Optics & Networking Accessories
• Serial Device Servers / Protocol Converters
• Other industrial networking products

2) Strong communication & interpersonal skills

3) Good analytical and documentation skills

4) Customer-focused approach with attention to detail

5) Self-driven, result-oriented attitude

Job Responsibilities-

1. Understand technical requirements of customers
2. Prepare and submit proposals
3. Follow up with customers on submitted quotations and proposals
4. Handle tender submissions and related documentation
5. Maintain proposal records, MIS reports, and documentation
6. Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation
7. Follow up for payments

Requirements:

1. Experience: 0–1 Years (Fresher’s with excellent communication skills may also apply)
2. Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical)
3. Strong communication and documentation skills
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple proposals simultaneously
