REAL ESTATE SALES EXECUTIVE / MANAGER @ BAVDHAN & KOTHRUS LOCATION

- Handling walk-ins, ensure customers are attended on time and the complete brand and project story is presented.
- Timely customer calling & follow-ups.
- Respond to customers on time and provide complete and correct information in person as requested. Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via direct meetings, telephone calls and e- mails.
- Should possess excellent communication skills, excellent convincing & follow up.
- Customer Follow up for Agreement & Bank Loans.
- Maintaining ERP, Calling data, Market Research etc
- Achieve needful Bookings
- Report on sales activities to management
