Job Description
- Inbound & Outbound Call Management: Handle incoming inquiries from advertisements, portals, or social media channels while returning missed or scheduled calls promptly. [1, 2]
- Project & Offering Briefing: Explain property configurations, pricing, payment plans, amenities, location advantages, and legal details clearly to client.
- Site Visit Coordination: Qualify prospective buyers' budgets and requirements, book property site visits, and coordinate with on-ground sales consultants or closing teams to host the clients.
Site Visits & Presentations: Conduct property tours, sample-flat walkthroughs, and project briefings to highlight features, layout options, and investment benefits
