Job Description: Sales Manager (Residential & Commercial Real Estate)

Apna Ghar Lifespaces Private Limited is seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented Sales Manager with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial real estate sales to join our team in Baner, Pune. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for conducting property site visits, pitching commercial and residential assets to prospective buyers, and converting leads into closed bookings while negotiating optimal deal terms. You will actively build and expand relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers, leverage local Pune real estate market trends to drive acquisitions, and coordinate with internal legal and administrative teams to manage booking documentation and sales reporting. The ideal candidate possesses excellent negotiation and communication skills, strong local micro-market knowledge, proficiency with CRM tools, and a high-energy, target-driven mindset.
