Job Description
Sales Manager – Real Estate (Team Lead)
Company: Life Space Property Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Kharadi & Wakad Pune
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,0,000/month + Attractive Incentives
Experience: 5+ Years in Real Estate Team Handeling
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Executives.
- Drive monthly & quarterly team sales targets.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, conversions and closures.
- Handle key clients, site visits and high-value deals.
- Conduct daily sales reviews and mentor the team.
- Track team performance, productivity and lead conversion.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales & Operations teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of Team Handling / Team Leadership experience.
- Channel Partner (CP) Real Estate experience is highly preferred.
- Candidates who can bring/manage an existing sales team will be more preferable.
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Target-driven with a proven sales track record.
