Recruiter – HeadHR Consultancy
Location: Hadapsar, Pune
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Experience: 0–2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial candidate calls, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, selection, and joining.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment may also apply.
