Job Description
RM – HL & LAP (Relationship Manager – Home Loan & LAP)
- Generate and acquire customers for Home Loans & LAP.
- Develop customer relationships and generate leads.
- Collect documents and coordinate loan processing.
- Follow up from application to disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams.
- Ensure KYC and company policy compliance.
