Reservation Executive

Jalashay, a boutique lakeside resort in Panshet near Pune, is hiring a Sales & Reservations Executive for its office in Market Yard, Pune.

We are looking for someone who communicates confidently, follows up consistently and converts inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Responsibilities:

• Attend incoming customer calls and respond to WhatsApp and online inquiries.

• Understand guest requirements and explain room categories, packages, pricing and resort experiences.

• Prepare and share quotations, check availability and follow up with prospective guests.

• Close bookings and coordinate advance payments and booking confirmations.

• Handle inquiries for leisure stays, group bookings, corporate outings and celebrations.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings and reasons for lost inquiries.

• Coordinate with the resort team to ensure booking details and guest requirements are communicated correctly.

• Work towards agreed booking and sales targets.

Requirements:

• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, reservations, travel sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.

• Clear communication in Hindi and Marathi, with good conversational English.

• Strong follow-up, negotiation and booking closure skills.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email, Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.

• Organised, responsible and confident when speaking with customers.

• Hospitality experience is preferred; candidates with strong sales experience in other industries can also apply.
