Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Understand customer requirements and help them choose products.
• Prepare and serve products according to MyFroyoland’s quality and hygiene standards.
• Operate the billing/POS system and handle cash or digital payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the outlet.
• Ensure products, counters, equipment, and displays are well maintained.
• Follow standard operating procedures for food preparation, service, cleaning, and closing/opening duties.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages or requirements.
• Handle customer questions and feedback professionally.
• Support the team during busy periods, weekends, and special promotions.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere for customers and colleagues.
